The Stable

The stable is brand new. It has two 12'x12' box stalls, a floored tack room/feed room and a 12'x12' storage area which could easily be finished for another stall. There is a fenced lot around the barn. You can see the barn from the kitchen, dining room, downstairs master, one upstairs bedroom and the deck.

The level land is fenced and cross fenced with four board fence and field fence with unbarbed wire on the top.

 

The pasture is currently divided into a front paddock, a back paddock and a barn paddock. There is plenty of room for an arena.
